Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Materials Planner in the Philippines to ensure material availability and timely kit completion for uninterrupted production. You will coordinate with procurement, internal teams, and AE sites to align material plans with production schedules and customer requirements.

The role focuses on driving on-time delivery, monitoring shortages, and supporting inventory optimization through proactive planning and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems and inventory management principles.
Experience in manufacturing or electronics manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely material availability and kit completion based on MIH and production requirements within the planning window.
Analyze material demand, shortages, and supply commitments to support revenue targets.
Coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers regarding material expedites and delivery commitments.
Monitor material requirements and address shortages impacting production continuity.
Plan inter-site material transfers to support demand, shortage recovery, and inventory optimization.
Provide material outlooks and updates for internal and external requirements.
Drive on-time delivery of materials to support production schedules and customer commitments.
Generate material summary reports and escalation dashboards for reviews.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Production to ensure material readiness.
