Job summary

Advanced Energy Management Limited in the Philippines seeks a Materials Planner to ensure material availability for uninterrupted production, achieve kit completion, revenue, and On-Time Delivery targets. You will coordinate with procurement, internal teams and AE sites to ensure timely and cost-effective material movement.

This role supports inventory visibility, shortage management, demand fulfillment and reporting through proactive planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business or any related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in materials planning, production planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, material planning processes, and inventory management principles.
• Experience in manufacturing or electronics manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material availability and kit completion based on MIH and production requirements within the planning window.
• Analyze material demand, shortages, and supply commitments to support revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers regarding material expedites, pull-ins, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor material requirements and address shortages impacting production continuity.
• Plan inter-site material transfers to support demand, shortage recovery, and inventory optimization.
• Provide material outlooks and updates for internal and external requirements.
• Drive on-time delivery and monitor open transfer orders; escalate delays or supply interruptions.
• Maintain visibility and accuracy of inventory in transit across AE sites.
• Prepare reports, materials outlooks, and performance updates for reviews.
• Support inventory optimization initiatives and improve service levels.
