Advantage Concrete Industries Corp

is a new cement manufacturing company with its head office in Metro Manila and with a plant situated in Brgy. Talibayog, Calatagan, Batangas.

Position: Materials Management Staff

Who you are:

• Must be an Industrial Engineering course graduate or any relevant course
• With at least 6 months of work experience in warehousing/inventory management (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Experience working on warehouse management, inventory management, delivery monitoring, and documentation is a huge plus
• Must be willing to learn to operate warehouse machinery and equipment
• Must have excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be amenable to working in our plant located in Brgy. Talibayog, Calatagan, Batangas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory and Stock Control Management
  • Knowledge of optimal stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock practices.
  • Ability to apply inventory accuracy and cycle counting techniques.
• Warehouse and Storage Operations
  • Familiarity with safe material handling and OSH compliance in storage areas.
  • Ensuring FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and proper segregation.
• Materials Planning and Forecasting
  • Analyze consumption trends to project material requirements.
• Materials Handling Equipment Management
  • Understanding of operation, preventive maintenance, and replacement planning for forklifts, cranes, and conveyors.
• System and Data Management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and reporting tools.
  • Utilize SAP/RAMCO Systems and MS Office
