Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 3 years experience in Office Fit Out, Joineries, Commercial and Hospitality industry.
• Understanding of Interior Design and Construction Processes.
• Able to measure the incoming project/project plan.
• Good knowledge in detailed shop drawing.
• Knowledge of lead times, shipping documentation, and delivery tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and collecting materials for the material board.
• Follow up with suppliers for quotations and material availability.
• Maintain and update the material tracker.
• Support in collating material samples for project presentation and approval.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of required goods.
• Monitor the delivery of goods from supplier dispatch to client.
• Support in selecting furniture pieces that align with design specifications.
• Maintain and conduct regular inventory checks of the material library.
