Newcore Industries International Inc in Manila is seeking a Sourcing Associate to support procurement for interior fit-out and construction projects. You will identify suppliers, obtain quotations, process PRs/POs, and track deliveries to help keep projects on budget and schedule.

Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome; familiarity with construction materials is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with exposure to procurement.
• Experience is welcomed but fresh graduates are considered.
• Familiarity with construction materials and interior finishes is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop a network of suppliers for construction materials and related services.
• Prepare and coordinate RFQs with local and regional suppliers.
• Review PRs and assist in preparing POs; support procure-to-pay processes.
• Monitor open orders and delivery schedules to align with project timelines.
• Maintain organized procurement records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
