Job summary

Ulticon Builders, Inc. is seeking a Materials/QA technician to ensure all construction materials conform to DPWH Standard Specifications for highways, bridges and airports.

The role includes preparing concrete and bitumen mixes, conducting soil investigations, and reporting material data. The candidate will maintain testing equipment calibration, submit timely test reports to the Project Implementing Office, and develop QA-ready systems for appraisal.

Responsibilities

• Ascertain materials meet DPWH Standard Specifications for highways, bridges and airports.
• Prepare design mixes for concrete and bitumen mixtures.
• Conduct soil investigations and surveys of probable material sources.
• Report approximate quantities and material suitability with data.
• Ensure weighing devices and testing machines are calibrated per DPWH specs.
• Submit tests reports and pertinent papers within required time frame to the Project Implementing Office.
• Develop a system for ready-to-appraise QA reports.
• Willing to be assigned in Davao region and Bukidnon project sites.
