Job summary

TE Connectivity in Metro Manila is seeking a Supply Chain Leader to monitor performance against goals and oversee procurement, inventory control, planning, and quality control of production materials. You will coach plant leadership on Kanban and lean tools, drive end-to-end improvements, identify root causes, and collaborate with partners to optimize demand planning and inventory levels.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, procurement and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of progressive professional experience; master's degree or higher may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaching plant leadership to use Kanban & lean tools, leading and supporting supply chain improvement projects across teams.
• Identifying and investigating root causes to provide guidance and future actions and strategy, and implementing inventory plans to meet business objectives.
• Collaborating with supply chain partners for end-to-end optimization and managing demand planning and forecasting.
• Managing and monitoring storage of purchased parts and finished goods and overseeing the inventory levels to meet business requirements.
