Emapta Global in the Philippines seeks a skilled Material Planner with Kinaxis experience to guide procurement priorities and reduce inventory exposure. This permanent work-from-home role offers Day 1 HMO, weekends off, international collaboration, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Hands-on Kinaxis experience is required.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle EBS or SAP) and MRP modules.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly MRP cycles and end-to-end PO management.
• Manage supplier schedules, confirmations, and OTIF performance.
• Monitor inventory coverage, aging, turns, and days of supply with CoE guidelines.
• Identify and prevent E&O inventory with quantified actions.
• Maintain planning master data and parameters with Master Data and Supply Planning teams.
• Resolve planning exceptions within SLAs and coordinate recovery plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of hands‑on materials planning, supply planning, or buyer/planner experience in manufacturing, including material requirements and inventory planning
• Mandatory hands‑on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or Kinaxis Maestro for materials planning, supply planning, or inventory management
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS or SAP, including MRP, purchasing, and inventory modules
• Strong knowledge of MRP logic, safety stock, inventory coverage, aging, and excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for raw data analysis, trend interpretation, and reporting
• Proven collaboration with Supply Planning, Production Planning, Sourcing, External Operations, Quality, Master Data, and Customer Service teams
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills, including supplier and cross‑functional coordination
• Experience in OTC pharmaceuticals, CPG, or FDA‑regulated (cGMP) manufacturing environments is preferred
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is an advantage
• Familiarity with Apache Superset, Power BI, or SQL for business intelligence and analytics is a plus
• Experience in a Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) or similar planning structure is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Execute weekly Material Requirements Planning (MRP) cycles, including purchase order placement, expediting, deferrals, cancellations, and end‑to‑end PO management through receipt
• Manage supplier schedules, order confirmations, and delivery commitments, ensuring supplier accountability and on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) performance
• Monitor inventory coverage, health, aging, turns, and days of supply, adjusting safety stock parameters within approved Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) guidelines and conducting monthly inventory policy reviews
• Identify and prevent excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory through early risk detection, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and disposition recommendations supported by quantified financial impacts
• Maintain accurate planning master data, including lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQs), lot sizes, safety stock, and planning parameters, coordinating updates and audits with Master Data and Supply Planning teams
• Resolve material planning exceptions within service level agreements (SLAs), participate in weekly Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) meetings, and coordinate recovery plans with Customer Service for material‑related delays
• Escalate supplier capacity, lead‑time, and yield risks beyond approved planning limits to Supply Planning leadership and Sourcing, providing actionable recommendations.
• Track key supply chain KPIs, including supplier OTIF, timely PO placement, E&O trends and aging, inventory turns, days of supply by segment, and planning parameter compliance with CoE audit requirements
