Job summary

Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Materials Planner to plan and monitor material requirements based on production plans and demand. The role ensures material availability and coordinates with Procurement and Production on deliveries and schedule changes.

You will monitor inventory, replenish stock, track open orders, and prepare planning reports, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate data in the ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor material requirements based on production plans and demand.
• Check material availability and identify potential shortages.
• Coordinate with Procurement on material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Production on material requirements and schedule changes.
• Monitor incoming materials and follow up on delayed deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenishment requirements.
• Review material consumption and identify excess or obsolete materials.
• Update and maintain material planning data in the ERP System.
• Coordinate with Warehouse on material receipt and availability.
• Monitor open purchase orders and material delivery commitments.
• Prepare material planning, inventory, and shortage reports.
• Communicate material availability and expected replenishment dates to concerned departments.
• Support resolution of material shortages and planning issues.
• Maintain and secure material planning documents and records.
