Job summary

Arkray Industry, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Materials Planner to monitor raw material deliveries, forecast requirements, and ensure stock availability.

You will encode material requisitions in SAP, coordinate with production teams, prepare production plans, and monitor execution to meet customer delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Monitors deliveries of raw materials and shipment of final goods.
• Ensures material requirement forecast and stock availability.
• Records material movement and stock requests accurately.
• Plans with production and other teams to meet customer requirements.
• Encodes material requisitions in SAP according to production schedule.
• Prepares production plan based on stock flow and capacity; monitors execution.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Checks compliance of requisitions with production schedule.
• Monitors daily production output and reports on plan progress.
• Coordinates with customers for delivery commitments.

• Monitors incoming deliveries of raw materials and shipment of final goods.

• Monitors material requirement forecast and ensure availability of stocks.

• Monitors physical movement of materials used in the production and ensures proper recording of materials requested.

• Coordinates with production and other Teams to ensure proper planning comply with the customer requirements.

• Encodes all materials requisition is in accordance with the production schedule using SAP system.

• Prepares production plan based on product stock flow and production capacity and monitors execution of the plan.

• Performs other jobs that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

• Checks all materials requisition is in accordance with the production schedule.

• Monitors daily production output and reports development of the production plan

• Coordinates with the customer for the delivery commitment.
