Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Material Controller to coordinate and expedite flow of work and materials between Operations and various groups. You will review production requirements, monitor stock levels, and ensure material availability for daily operations.

The role requires experience in warehousing/logistics, material planning, and strong Excel skills, plus good communication and problem-solving abilities. Work is on-site at Taytay, Rizal.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any course.
• Experience in Warehousing and Logistics.
• Experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or related role.
• Computer literate with superior knowledge in Excel.
• With Health and Safety awareness in warehouse environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to motivate others
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Insures that correct materials and services are available for the company's day-to-day operations.
• Review materials requisition and issuance for completeness, accuracy, and assess for priority production.
• Verify materials (raw materials, in process and return); maintain documentation, and report violations or damages.
• Monitor and maintain stock level, and identify reliable supply sources.
• Ensure that inventory checking (assets, equipments and materials) are being performed regularly.
• Daily duties include ensuring that necessary equipment and materials are received, stored, maintain properly and distributed as needed to various groups within the company for short-term and long-term usage.
• Regular communication with all involved parties (including clients and vendors) is necessary to maintain relationships and cooperation. All activities performed should be recorded and well documented.
• Ensure compliance with regulation and company policies are followed at all times
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

General Function:

Within the position, Material Controller review, distribute production requirements, shipping schedules and check with operations to gauge progress, inventory levels and production issues. Verify materials for compliance with purchasing on P.O. balances, storage issues and documentation.
