Job summary

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage and optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and operational supplies.


• Oversee the end-to-end material lifecycle, including inspection, storage, issuance, and final dispatch.


• Conduct comprehensive data analysis on inventory metrics, safety stock thresholds, and supplier lead times.


• Develop and execute robust daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.


• Ensure all technical drawings, tooling requirements, and job documentation are finalized ahead of production.


• Maintain rigorous compliance with ISO 9001 quality management standards and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent discipline.


• A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience within production planning or materials control.


• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.


• Proven ability to maintain accuracy and performance in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
