Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available to support operational requirements.
• Coordinate material requests, receipts, storage, transfers, and issuance.
• Track incoming shipments and follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP or inventory management system.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow.
• Analyze inventory usage trends and recommend reorder levels and stock optimization strategies.
• Prepare inventory, material status, and stock movement reports.
• Investigate and resolve material shortages, overages, damaged goods, and inventory variances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
