Job summary

Smart Save Solar in the Philippines seeks an experienced Inventory Supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound processes, ensure tight record-keeping, and manage cycle counts and inventories. You will enforce standardized procedures for material requests, batching for projects, and returns, while supervising staff and promoting a culture of accuracy and safety.

You will prepare monthly inventory reports, relay stock issues to Purchasing, and collaborate with Sales, Project, and Accounting teams

• Oversee inbound/outbound processes, ensure 100% record-keeping compliance.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and quarterly physical inventories.
• Investigate discrepancies and maintain FIFO systems.
• Enforce standardized procedures for all material requests and batching for projects.
• Supervise returns, manage consignment inventory, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Train, supervise, and schedule inventory staff; conduct performance reviews and promote accuracy, accountability, and safety.
• Prepare and present monthly inventory reports; communicate stock issues to Purchasing; liaise with Sales, Project, and Accounting teams.

• Train, supervise, and schedule inventory staff. Ensure strict procedural adherence, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and safety.

• Prepare and present monthly inventory reports, communicate stock issues to Purchasing, and liaise with Sales, Project, and Accounting teams to support operations and audits.

• Maintain an organized, zoned, and labeled warehouse. Ensure a safe, clean, secure work environment and full compliance with company and industry regulations.
