Qualifications

• Experience in Private Banking/Investment Banking operations.
• Experience with Masterfile/Data Reference Data.
• Strong knowledge of assets (Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Derivatives, FX).
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Proficient with standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee efficient processing of operations and workload allocation.
• Communicate required information to enable each function to work efficiently.
• Ensure all rules and procedures are strictly followed.
• Provide training and motivate staff; foster open two-way communication.
• Maintain a safe, functional work environment in line with corporate rules.
• Manage risk within processes and ensure policies are followed.
• Drive change initiatives to automate processes where possible.
• Build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
