Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the integrated master schedule for a major CAPEX project. You’ll align engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to meet milestones and drive on-time delivery.

You will consolidate inputs from multiple teams, establish critical paths, monitor progress, and lead schedule reviews. The role requires strong scheduling expertise and proactive risk mitigation to keep the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project scheduling for large CAPEX/industrial projects.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project or Primavera scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) covering all project phases.
• Consolidate inputs from Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams.
• Establish critical path, milestones, and sequencing logic across all workstreams.
• Monitor progress against baseline and identify schedule variances and risks.
• Lead schedule reviews and alignment sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting on schedule performance, delays, and mitigation actions.
• Perform what-if scenarios, recovery plans, and impact analysis.
• Ensure proper work breakdown structure alignment with project scope.
• Interface with Project Controls, Cost Control, and Integration teams to ensure consistency.
• Support governance for change management and schedule updates.
