Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre is seeking a data-focused professional to maintain and improve packaging master data quality across SAP and related systems. You will analyze and correct packaging data, support BOM, UoM, and packaging specifications, and drive data-driven insights for business decisions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in BPO/shared services or related fields, with strong Excel and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain, data analytics, packaging technology, sustainability, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in BPO/shared services/FMCG/supply chain/packaging/data management or related operations.
• Proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel a plus.
• Experience with SAP Material Master Data, SAP MM, SAP PP is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve packaging master data quality across SAP, IPAS, and related systems.
• Analyze, validate, correct, and report packaging data; support BOM, UoM, stackability, and packaging specs maintenance.
• Resolve data quality issues through root-cause analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Support sustainability and regulatory packaging data initiatives and attributes.
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and insights to support decision-making and improvements.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders for data consistency and process alignment.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and reporting enhancements.
• Support training and adoption of new packaging data processes and tools.

What you´ll do

• Maintain and improve packaging master data quality across SAP, IPAS, and related systems.
• Perform packaging data analysis, validation, correction, and reporting activities; Support Packaging Bill of Materials (Z-BOM), Unit of Measure (UoM), stackability, and packaging specification maintenance
• Manage and resolve packaging data quality issues through root-cause analysis and stakeholder collaboration
• Support sustainability and regulatory packaging data initiatives, such as packaging Translucency, label coverage, recycled content, Carbon Black Free, and other material-related attributes
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and insights to support business decision-making and continuous improvement
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure data consistency, compliance, and process alignment
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and reporting enhancements
• Support training, knowledge sharing, and adoption of new packaging data processes and tools

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Packaging Technology, Sustainability, or any related field
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Shared Services, FMCG, Supply Chain, Packaging, Master Data, Data Management, or related business operations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) is required; advanced Excel skills are an advantage
• Experience with SAP, particularly Material Master Data, SAP MM (Materials Management), and SAP PP (Production Planning), is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
• Strong communication, presentation, and business partnering skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional stakeholders and build productive working relationships
• Proactive and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, drive solutions, and adapt to evolving business processes, tools, and requirements
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati
