Job summary

Henkel Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a Master Data Quality Specialist (Packaging) to ensure accuracy of packaging data across SAP, IPAS, and related systems, supporting our global operations and sustainability goals.

You will analyze data, validate and correct records, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with packaging, regulatory, and data-management teams to automate processes and standardize data governance throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Maintain and improve packaging master data quality across SAP, IPAS, and related systems
• Perform packaging data analysis, validation, correction, and reporting activities; Support Packaging Bill of Materials (Z-BOM), Unit of Measure (UoM), stackability, and packaging specification maintenance
• Manage and resolve packaging data quality issues through root-cause analysis and stakeholder collaboration
• Support sustainability and regulatory packaging data initiatives, such as packaging Translucency, label coverage, recycled content, Carbon Black Free, and other material-related attributes
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and insights to support business decision-making and continuous improvement
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure data consistency, compliance, and process alignment
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and reporting enhancements
• Support training, knowledge sharing, and adoption of new packaging data processes and tools
