Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Master Data Associate to help maintain, validate, and govern enterprise master data across systems. You will implement data standards, process requests, and ensure accuracy and consistency.

The role collaborates with business users and data owners, conducts quality checks, supports data cleansing and migrations, and prepares data quality reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in master data, data management, ERP, or administrative operations.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with Excel and ERP systems.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
