Job summary

AFRY Manila is seeking a finance professional to perform transactional finance activities in line with established procedures. The role focuses on P2P processes with potential to move into O2C over time, including master data updates, inquiries, and credit parameter changes.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of finance experience, solid knowledge of accounting/ERP systems (Dynamics 365 a plus), strong analytical and collaborative skills, and a client‑centric mindset; you will help ensure

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of university studies in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of finance work experience desirable, but entry-level candidates are also considered.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency and strong knowledge in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with possibility to move into O2C activities, depending on role assignment and business needs over time.
• Assist in opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing efficiencies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processes.
• Ensure daily activities are executed in compliance with agreed Service Levels and KPIs.
• Actively share knowledge with colleagues, seek and apply feedback, and continuously develop skills through collaboration.

Previous experience and understanding of transactional finance activities, with focus on master data.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with possibility to move into O2C activities, depending on role assignment and business needs over time. Examples of activities include managing customer and vendor master data updates and inquiries, change of credit parameters, periodic review of credit risk and review of partner agreements.
• Assist in opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing efficiencies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processes.
• Ensure daily activities are executed in compliance with agreed Service Levels and KPIs.
• Actively share knowledge with colleagues, seek and apply feedback, and continuously develop skills through collaboration.
