Job summary

AFRY in Manila seeks a finance professional to handle transactional activities within P2P, with potential to move into O2C as needed. You will validate and process travel and expense claims and manage corporate card administration.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory standards, with learning opportunities and process-improvement initiatives across global hubs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of university studies in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of finance work experience desirable, but entry-level candidates are also considered.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency and strong knowledge in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Concur is a strong plus.
• Strong soft skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has a collaborative and learning-oriented mindset while continuously demonstrating interest and care for people.
• Results driven and client centric with sense of accountability, shown through ambition, attention to detail and desire to actively contribute to business results.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with possibility to move into O2C activities, depending on role assignment and business needs over time. Examples of activities include validation and processing of travel & expense claims and administration of corporate cards.
• Assist in opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing efficiencies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processes.
• Ensure daily activities are executed in compliance with agreed Service Levels and KPIs.
• Actively share knowledge with colleagues, seek and apply feedback, and continuously develop skills through collaboration.

Overall Description: Performs transactional finance activities in line with established procedures and templates
