Job summary

GMA Network is seeking a Broadcast Associate to support airing of programs, commercials and promo plugs while ensuring a smooth on-air sequence either via automation or manual switching.

The role involves coordinating on-air concerns with clients and technical support teams to ensure accurate schedules for the on-air playlist, and contributing to high-quality broadcast operations.

Qualifications

• BS ECE degree is required.
• Experience in broadcasting or OJT in a broadcast company is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic broadcast operations and TV equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Airing programs, commercials, sponsors, and promo plugs; ensure smooth, uninterrupted on-air sequence (automation or manual switch).

Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for airing programs, commercials, sponsors, and promo plugs and ensures smooth and uninterrupted sequence of on-air broadcast either on automation or manual switching. Properly coordinates on-air concerns with clients and technical support groups for the accurate schedule of on-air playlist schedule.

Job Requirements:

• BS ECE graduate
• With experience in a related field or should have at least rendered OJT in a broadcast company
• Knowledge in basic broadcast operations and familiarity with TV broadcast equipment and systems is a plus
• Should have technical and creative skills, and is computer literate
• Willing to work extended hours and at different shifts
• Has the ability to work at a fast pace, producing work at the best quality
• Has good eyesight / unimpaired hearing
