Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking a seasoned Master Black Belt to lead enterprise-wide process improvement programs. You will identify high-impact opportunities, build value delivery roadmaps, and partner with Technology, Analytics, and Operations to design and deploy Lean Six Sigma solutions.

The role requires strong program management, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor teams while driving cost reduction and faster time-to-market.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and/or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in driving Master/Black Belt projects/Operational Excellence/Process transformation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute Master Black Belt projects that advance priorities of the enterprise and specific business segments.
• Build value delivery roadmaps consisting of portfolio of projects. Track and report progress to stakeholders.
• Conduct process and technology diagnostic studies to identify business optimization and transformation opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Technology, Analytics, Automation to identify, design, and deploy solutions.
• Understand emerging business pain points and devise improvement plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma culture in the organization.
• Mentor and coach operations team members on continuous process improvements and lean six sigma projects.
