Job summary

ADP is seeking a supervisory leader to oversee day-to-day associate activities and drive attainment of service metrics in a global HCM environment. You will set goals, give regular feedback, and develop talent while collaborating with internal departments to meet objectives.

The role includes managing recruitment, compensation, and performance for MAS staff, driving process improvements, and delivering timely training. Strong communication, mentoring, and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of business administration/management, accounting or other related disciplines.
  • (Highly Preferred) 3-5 years customer service, benefits administration, payroll, HR or related experience.
  • (Required / Highly Preferred) 2-3 years SME, mentor or supervisory experience (Required)
  • Proven proficiency in prioritizing critical client issues and managing workflow.
  • Proficiency in the use of PC applications.
  • (Required) Working knowledge of payroll and benefit administration is helpful.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management and mentoring skills.
  • Effective time management skills, organization, and planning required

  • Assists in determining the teams training requirements and ensures timely delivery of training.
