Ingersoll Rand is seeking a MarTech Developer to design, develop and maintain Oracle Eloqua integrations and related MarTech capabilities for the Europe/EMEIA region. You will work with Product Owners, Architects, and Tech Leads to implement scalable, reliable automation and customer engagement solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on Eloqua development, campaigns, forms, landing pages, segmentation, and program automation, with opportunities to explore new MarTech

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Technology or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Eloqua campaigns, forms, landing pages, segmentation and lead scoring.
• Experience designing and implementing system integrations between marketing, CRM and analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between Eloqua, CRM, customer service, analytics and other platforms via APIs and middleware.
• Configure, develop, test, and troubleshoot marketing automation assets including campaigns, forms, landing pages, segmentation logic, lead scoring and journeys.
• Support implementation, configuration, optimization, and maintenance of engagement platforms (e.g., Genesys).
• Create scalable technical solutions and reusable components to support global processes across brands/regions.
• Evaluate new MarTech capabilities and AI-enabled solutions to improve automation and engagement.
• Investigate and resolve platform, data synchronization, and campaign execution issues.
• Perform unit/integration testing, deployment validation, and create solution documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Architects, and Tech Leads to deliver with sprint priorities and standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to support MarTech initiatives.
