Netwrix is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to own our MarTech architecture and drive end-to-end email campaigns for demand generation. The role focuses on Marketo and Salesforce, with collaboration across global Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Sales Ops, and Product Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) required.
• Proficient in Salesforce Campaign object and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing tech stack: Marketo, Salesforce campaigns, AccelEvents, GuideFlow, GA, GTM, Qualified.
• Design and maintain campaign taxonomy, status models, field standards, attribution structure.
• Build automation and workflows for nurtures, leads routing, and status progression.
• Monitor data quality and system health; deliver quarterly health report.
• Create self-serve reports and dashboards in Marketo and Salesforce.
