Acxelsus, based in Pasig, Philippines, seeks a Marketing Virtual Assistant (Part-Time) to craft visual and written content, manage the Wix site, and develop sales/training materials. You will support the team with AI-powered automation to boost efficiency.

This role is ~20 hours per week, with a flexible remote setup and weekend-off scheduling. The ideal candidate has a marketing or design background, 3+ years in related roles, and strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years in graphic design, video editing, or marketing/content creation
• Strong skills in graphic design, photo/video editing, LinkedIn content, Wix management, and presentations

Responsibilities

• Photo & Video Editing for campaigns, social media, and promos
• LinkedIn content creation and scheduling
• Update and maintain Wix website
• Create sales presentations (PowerPoint or equivalent)
• Develop and maintain templates (reports, commissioning reports)
• Produce training videos for internal tools
• Research and apply AI automation to marketing workflows
• Coordinate daily tasks with the team via Slack

Job Overview

The Marketing Virtual Assistant (Part-Time) is responsible for creating visual and written marketing content, maintaining the company website, developing sales and training materials, and supporting the team's use of AI-powered automation tools to improve marketing efficiency. This is a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week (4 hours/day).

Key Responsibilities

• Photo & Video Editing: Edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials
• LinkedIn Content: Create and manage LinkedIn post content to support brand visibility and engagement
• Website Management: Update and maintain the company website on Wix
• Sales Presentations: Create sales presentations (PowerPoint or equivalent software) for the sales team
• Template Development: Develop and maintain standardized templates (e.g., service reports, commissioning reports)
• Training Video Production: Produce training videos for internal tools and systems (e.g., Excel, Slack, CRM, FSM)
• AI Automation: Research and apply AI automation tools to streamline marketing and content workflows
• Team Coordination: Coordinate daily tasks and updates with the team via Slack

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or marketing/content creation
• Functional Skills: Graphic design; photo and video editing; LinkedIn content creation and scheduling; Wix website management and updates; sales deck and presentation development; document/template design; training content creation; screen recording; basic data management; CRM and FSM software usage
• Technical Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, LinkedIn, Wix, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Loom, Camtasia, Excel, Slack, CRM platforms, FSM software, and AI automation tools such as ChatGPT, Zapier, and Make
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, creativity, self-motivation, ability to work independently in a part-time/remote setup, and good time management
• Language: Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting an engineering, industrial, or B2B service/technical company
• Familiarity with service or commissioning report formats
• Experience producing training content for CRM or FSM platforms
