Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least 3 years experience in the same role.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of systems, applications, and procedures.
• Analyze business process changes and assess impact to business, guests, and patrons.
• Coordinate with QA and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Implement process improvements for Marketing Systems & Support delivery.
• Provide and facilitate roadshows and trainings for team members on system changes.
• Evaluate project effectiveness and recommend future initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy of bulk uploads, adjustments, and daily reports.
• Oversee Halo and MMS Promotion configurations and event setups.
• Ability to multi-task and work extended hours including holidays and weekends.
• Coordinate projects with stakeholders and prepare Project Evaluation Reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
