Job summary

You will collaborate with Corporate Marketing & Communications and BUs to implement campaigns, coordinate promotional content, and help maintain brand messaging across channels.

The role involves content creation, project coordination in ClickUp, and daily administrative support to the CMC team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing & Communications (CMC) and Business Units (BUs) to develop and implement marketing communications aligned with business objectives and KPIs such as social media engagement and reach.
• Coordinate with BUs to strategize on achieving marketing targets and business goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of promotional and event-related content.
• Utilize the ClickUp system to organize project creative briefs and ensure alignment across teams.
• Partner with CMC functional teams and BUs to strengthen brand awareness and establish a competitive edge in the local integrated resort sector.
• Oversee ongoing marketing projects to ensure quality deliverables meet timelines and scope.
• Facilitate clear communication of project briefs from BUs to internal teams.
• Assist in creating high-quality content and marketing materials aligned with brand messaging.
• Review and fact-check content from a Brand & Product Marketing perspective promptly.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the Corporate Marketing & Communications team, including office supplies management and workspace coordination.
• Assist the Division head with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, maintaining documentation, and handling correspondence related to administrative matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth administrative operations aligned with organizational goals.
