Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a hands-on Marketing Systems & Automation Specialist to support a U.S.-based Med Spa & Wellness business. The role combines GoHighLevel, marketing automation, AI, and business systems to improve lead generation, follow-up, and conversion.

You will own GHL funnels, automation, and integrations, migrate existing accounts, and optimize campaigns, with 100% remote, full-time contractor arrangements and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience including funnels, automations, pipelines and lead management.
• Experience migrating GoHighLevel accounts and related systems.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, webhooks, and workflow automation.
• Background in Med Spa, Aesthetics, Wellness or related industry (MUST)
• Strong digital marketing and lead-generation experience

• Manage and optimize GoHighLevel including funnels, pipelines, workflows, automations, lead management

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Systems & Automation Specialist to support a growing U.S.-based Med Spa & Wellness business.

This role combines GoHighLevel (GHL), marketing automation, digital marketing, AI, and business systems. You will take ownership of the systems behind lead generation, follow-up, and conversion while also supporting the marketing activities that drive new business.

The ideal candidate is highly comfortable working inside GHL, building and troubleshooting automations and integrations, and using technology to improve business processes. We’re looking for someone proactive and resourceful who can identify problems, recommend solutions, and execute without constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL), including funnels, pipelines, workflows, automations, and lead management.


• Support the migration of an existing GHL account, including leads, workflows, automations, and related systems.


• Build and maintain API integrations, webhooks, and automated workflows between GHL and other platforms.


• Improve lead management, SMS/text follow-up, lead nurturing, and conversion workflows.


• Help streamline communication systems and improve how inbound leads are routed and managed.


• Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to build smarter workflows, improve processes, and increase efficiency.


• Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram Ads, lead-generation campaigns, and sales funnels.


• Support content calendars, marketing copy, image collateral, and campaign execution.


• Improve local online visibility through SEO, AEO/GEO, website optimization, and backlink strategies.


• Monitor marketing and lead-generation performance and identify opportunities for improvement.


• Proactively recommend and implement improvements across marketing systems and business processes.

• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including funnels, automations, pipelines, lead management, and account migrations.

• Experience with APIs, integrations, webhooks, backend systems, and workflow automation.

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to build or improve systems and automations.

• Previous experience in Med Spa, Aesthetics, Wellness, or a closely related industry. (MUST)

• Hands-on digital marketing experience, including Meta Ads, sales funnels, content, and lead generation.

• Knowledge of local SEO, AEO/GEO, website optimization, and backlinks.

• Experience managing SMS/text-based lead follow-up and conversion workflows.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot systems independently.

• Proactive, business-minded, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and processes.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Advanced)


• U.s Based Experience

• Compensation: $1,200–$1,600 USD/month, depending on experience.

• 100% remote position.
