• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other languages is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines and multiple projects.
• Experience in construction, real estate or related industries is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with leadership capabilities.

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team in Taytay, Rizal. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing and executing marketing initiatives that support our construction and development projects. As Marketing Supervisor, you will bridge the gap between strategic marketing objectives and on-the-ground execution, ensuring our brand message resonates with target audiences whilst driving business growth. This role requires someone who can lead effectively, manage multiple campaigns, and work collaboratively across departments to achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media and events
2. Develop and manage marketing schedules, budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
3. Lead a team of marketing staff or junior marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback and professional development opportunities
4. Create marketing materials and content that align with company branding and messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms
5. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness, reporting findings to senior management
6. Collaborate with sales, project management and corporate communications teams to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives
7. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies and service providers to support marketing initiatives
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business development
9. Oversee social media management, website updates and digital content strategy

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
2. 3-5 years' experience in marketing or communications, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
3. Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing and content management systems
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
6. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines and multiple projects simultaneously
7. Experience in the construction, real estate or related industries is highly desirable
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
9. Leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating team members
10. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing software tools
