Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in marketing or communications, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other languages is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines and multiple projects.
• Experience in construction, real estate or related industries is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, social and events.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets and timelines for campaigns.
• Lead marketing staff and provide guidance and development opportunities.
• Create marketing materials aligned with branding and messaging.
• Monitor marketing metrics and report findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with sales, project management and corporate communications.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for business development.
