• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with CMS and marketing automation tools.
• Experience with social media management and community engagement.
• Desirable knowledge of construction/real estate/B2B marketing.
• Google Ads/Analytics or HubSpot certifications preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Taytay, Rizal, where you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in leveraging digital channels and search marketing techniques to reach our target audiences, increase customer engagement, and support the company's overall marketing objectives in the construction and real estate sector.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising

2. Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for search engine optimisation (SEO) to improve organic visibility and search rankings

3. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media to drive qualified traffic and leads

4. Create and curate engaging digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and infographics that align with brand messaging

5. Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platforms

6. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and communications to ensure consistent messaging and campaign coordination

7. Manage social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and foster community engagement across platforms

8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the digital landscape

9. Optimise landing pages and conversion funnels to improve user experience and increase conversion rates

10. Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in digital marketing

2. 2-4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, search marketing, or a similar marketing role

3. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and link building strategies

4. Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, particularly Google Ads and social media advertising platforms

5. Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights platforms

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing copy

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights

8. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools

9. Experience with social media management and community engagement strategies

10. Knowledge of the construction, real estate, or B2B marketing sector is highly desirable

11. Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot is preferred but not essential

12. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
