About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing professional to join our team at our Manila City office on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be at the heart of our marketing operations, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. As a key member of the marketing communications team, you will play a vital role in shaping how our organisation connects with its target audiences through integrated marketing initiatives and compelling communications campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business objectives


• Creating engaging marketing content including copy, graphics, and multimedia materials for digital and traditional platforms


• Managing social media accounts and monitoring engagement metrics to optimise content performance


• Coordinating marketing campaigns from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence


• Conducting market research and analysing competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative departments to align marketing efforts with organisational goals


• Measuring campaign performance through analytics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement


• Managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources


• Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in marketing, marketing communications, or a related field, ideally with 2-3 years in a professional marketing environment


• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and social media platforms


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content


• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including content management systems and analytics platforms


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines


• Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment


• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, or other digital marketing disciplines


• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred


• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is advantageous
