Job Description

• Campaign Management:Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, and advertising).
• Team Supervision:Guide and supervise marketing staff, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Content & Promotions:Coordinate development of marketing materials such as social media posts, ads, brochures, and email campaigns.
• Market Research:Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
• Performance Tracking:Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports for management.
• Brand Management:Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image.
• Cross-Department Coordination:Work with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies.
