Job summary

You will coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and partnerships, train sales staff, and prepare performance reports for strategic planning. The role involves visiting tradeshow events, developing sponsorships, and collaborating with creatives to produce advertising materials.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• Strong sales and marketing skills with good negotiation ability.
• Detail-oriented with advanced computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Creative, resourceful and able to think outside the box.
• Able to conduct field work and participate in campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, expenses, and partnerships.
• Maintain loyalty program records and analyze historical activity for planning.
• Conduct fieldwork with sales to gather insights and refresh clients on campaigns.
• Oversee loyalty programs to boost customer retention.
• Train and support sales teams on products and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare client reports and provide improvement recommendations.
• Plan and represent the company at tradeshows and events.
• Develop sponsorship tie-ups and ROI plans.
• Work with creative teams to produce advertising materials.
• Ensure effective visual merchandising and manage store channel displays.
• Plan and manage materials and collateral for store channels.
