Job summary

You will conduct market research, maintain product knowledge, nurture client relationships, and hit sales targets while handling prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and reporting. This role requires a valid driver’s license and willingness to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Sales People
• Drive sales growth by identifying potential customers and converting leads into active clients
• Conduct market research and build strong customer relationships to improve engagement and retention
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to effectively present features, benefits, and value
• Perform regular follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Handle key sales tasks such as prospecting, presentations, negotiations, customer support, and sales reporting
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
• Stay updated on industry best practices, marketing strategies, and promotional trends
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Contribute to achieving both individual and team sales goals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities
