Job summary

Doerly Works in the Philippines seeks a Marketing Specialist to support a compact, high-impact team. You will craft content for integrated campaigns, assist with visual design, and collaborate with engineering to translate complex products into clear manuals.

You will drive outbound campaigns with Dynamics 365, leverage AI tools, and strengthen our storytelling to enable sales and brand consistency. This role requires a Bachelor's in marketing and 3+ years in technical or B2B settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or general business.
• 3+ years relevant experience in technical or B2B manufacturing company preferred.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with Adobe Suite required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AI tools preferred.
• Ability to occasionally function in a remote working environment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling, engaging content to support strategy and campaigns.
• Support design needs including layout and photography touch-up.
• Work with Engineering to deliver high-quality user manuals for complex systems.
• Execute outbound campaigns using Dynamics 365 marketing cloud.
• Develop storytelling tools to support the sales team and brand message.
