Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• At least 2 years of digital marketing, content marketing or social media experience.
• Hands-on with social media accounts and digital campaigns; strong content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content and digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee social media accounts and other digital platforms.
• Produce content for social media, websites and online channels.
• Create content calendars and campaign schedules for consistent activity.
• Manage paid and organic digital marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign results, traffic, leads and engagement metrics.
• Analyze data and adjust campaigns to improve outcomes.
• Research competitors and emerging digital trends to inform campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaigns and collateral.
• Publish digital materials accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare performance reports and present key findings and recommendations.
• Explore new tools and strategies in digital marketing.
