Job summary

IT By Design is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own our Philippines digital presence, create content, manage social channels, and support multi-channel campaigns. You will collaborate with global teams across the Philippines, India, and the US, moving between strategy, creativity, execution, and analytics while using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe tools to drive performance.

This onsite night-shift role suits marketers who turn insights into action and want a measurable impact on campaigns

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proven ability to create engaging written and visual content.
• Experience with Canva and/or video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Photoshop.
• Strong English communication and copywriting skills.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Social Media: Manage ITBD Philippines’ LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube presence.
• Content: Create compelling graphics, reels, short-form videos, employee stories, and campaign content.
• Campaigns: Support end-to-end execution across HubSpot, LinkedIn, Dripify, Google, email, and other digital channels.
• Creative: Develop and adapt campaign assets using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Performance: Track engagement, reach, and campaign metrics and turn insights into action.
• Quality: Own content QA—from copy and visuals to links, UTMs, landing pages, and campaign details.
• Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, HR, Talent Acquisition, Creative, and global teams to bring campaigns to life.
