Job description

The Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of a small but powerful marketing team. This position will support all marketing initiatives by providing strategic input and tactical execution for a variety of activities. In supporting multiple business divisions, this role must have the ability to collaborate across functional areas to drive results in a start-up type of environment. This individual will report to the company’s Director of Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: (may include, but not limited to)

Create compelling, engaging content to support integrated strategy leveraging both traditional and digital marketing tactics including outbound campaigns, webinars, launch communications, sales meetings, and other events as required.

Support creative design needs including layout & design and photography touch-up using the Adobe Suite and occasionally PowerPoint to create compelling visuals to help tell our story.

Using AI skills along with layout and design acumen, this role is responsible for working with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality user manuals for complex systems.

Execute outbound campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365 marketing cloud.

Implement new ways to support the sales team with storytelling tools that accurately and continuously support our overall brand message.

EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or general business.

3+ years relevant experience in technical or B2B manufacturing company preferred.
