About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at JPSC Group Holdings INC. In this full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media strategies. You will help increase brand awareness, drive conversions, and strengthen our online presence through data-driven and creative marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Digital Marketing & SEO

• Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions
• Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
• Conduct in-depth analysis of website analytics and digital marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives, providing actionable recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Content Creation

• Plan and produce engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Write captions, short-form copy, and marketing messages aligned with brand voice
• Create or coordinate visuals such as photos, videos, graphics, and reels
• Assist in campaign content execution and development of promotional materials

Social Media Management

• Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement; respond in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across platforms
• Stay updated on social media trends and propose new content ideas

Content Planning & Strategy Support

• Assist in developing monthly content calendars
• Support marketing campaigns through social media execution
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for content requirements

Analytics & Reporting

• Track content performance and engagement metrics
• Prepare monthly performance reports
• Recommend improvements based on insights, analytics, and emerging trends

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
• Strong background in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong community engagement skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required)
