Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Marketing Specialist for our Mexico City hybrid role. You will manage websites, publish content, and oversee LinkedIn and landing pages to drive strategy alignment.

In this position you will also prepare Power BI reports, analyze campaign results, and support finance-related activities with data-led insights. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role will support the management and updating of websites and digital platforms, ensuring content quality, consistency, and timely delivery. You will also contribute to LinkedIn content management, landing page administration, and performance reporting to help drive effective marketing initiatives and support data-based decision-making.

We will count on you to:

• Manage and update websites, including content uploads and publishing across different digital platforms
• Create, adapt, schedule, upload, and track LinkedIn content to support reach and alignment with strategy
• Develop and administer landing pages, coordinating change requests, validations, and approval workflows with key stakeholders
• Prepare and monitor Power BI reports, analyzing performance metrics and campaign results to identify success and lessons learned
• Support finance-related activities with a focus on best practices, data accuracy, control, analysis, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery quality, consistency, and timely execution

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables
• Intermediate PowerPoint skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Spanish
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Assertive communication, adaptability and change management, critical thinking, sense of urgency, analytical, proactive, and team player skills
