Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City, requiring at least three days a week in the office. The Data Center Operations will play a crucial role in monitoring network incidents, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless communication within the network infrastructure.

We will count on you to:

• Monitor, workaround and troubleshoot network, security and Infrastructure incidents and alerts, ensuring timely response and resolution
• Perform troubleshooting for network issues and escalate to specialized teams when necessary.
• Serve as the first line of support, managing incidents and ensuring effective communication until resolution.
• Review and manage incidents until they are resolved

What you need to have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; certification in networking (CCNA, CCNP) is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations or support roles.
• Basic to medium knowledge in infrastructure like servers, OS (Linux, Unix) , backups, storage, UPS, Wireless, Cloud environment and/or Web apps, will be a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of networking concepts and tools, with advanced proficiency in English.
