Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Strategy Consulting professional to join our team based in Mexico City. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office and focuses on supporting transformation journeys across organizational design, work redesign, cultural change, and talent development.

You will work with clients and project teams to develop creative, impactful solutions, translate data into actionable strategies, and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Professional experience of more than 3 years in consulting firms and organizational development and design.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including handling large amounts of data; macro programming is a plus
• Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
• Intermediate English, including writing, reading, and conversational skills
• Strong verbal, written, and reading communication skills, as well as presentation skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Critical thinking and analytical mindset
• Good interpersonal skills and extraordinary collaboration skills

Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategy Consulting team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role will support transformation projects and organizational initiatives by developing creative, impactful solutions and integrating knowledge across strategy, communication, innovation, HR, and digital. You will work closely with clients and project teams to support transformation journeys, organizational design, work redesign, cultural change, and talent development efforts.
We will count on you to:

• Develop creative and impactful solutions to transformation projects
• Integrate different fields of knowledge, including communication, strategy, innovation, HR, and digital, to develop frameworks and transformation journeys with clients
• Execute project activities that strengthen and consolidate client relationships
• Support and execute transformation projects related to organizational design, work redesign, cultural change, talent development, compensation, and related topics
• Contribute to project team development and capability building
• Analyze data and metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
