• Create social media campaigns, including but not limited to regular posts, announcements of holiday closures, promotional events or products.
• Develop marketing campaigns, goals and deadlines.
• Create reports on marketing and customer service performance.
• Perform market and client research.
• Organize special events in line with the company’s branding or image.
• Create signages, window displays, rack displays according to the company’s needs.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the customer service area
• Performs other functions as required by the immediate superior or as required by the management
