About the role
The Marketing Specialist - Local Store Marketing is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing activities that drive customer traffic, sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement for the company's foodcourt store brands. The position will focus on the marketing needs of individual stores and foodcourt locations, including local promotions, mall activities, store openings, events, partnerships, in-store campaigns, and other activities designed to increase sales.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement local marketing plans for assigned foodcourt stores and brands
- Identify opportunities to increase store traffic, transactions, and sales
- Create store-specific promotions based on location, customer profile, season, and sales performance
- Plan and execute store-level promotions, discounts, bundles, limited-time offers, and other sales-driving activities
- Coordinate with Mall Management and Foodcourt Administration for marketing opportunities and requirements
- Assist in the marketing launch of new foodcourt stores and develop pre-opening and opening-day marketing activities
- Identify potential partnerships within the store's local area and develop partnership opportunities
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team for local store content and promotions
- Conduct regular visits to assigned foodcourt stores to check store visibility, promotions, and customer engagement
- Monitor sales performance of stores before, during, and after marketing campaigns and prepare reports on sales performance, customer traffic, and campaign results
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Food and Beverage, Retail, Restaurants, Foodcourt operations, Mall marketing, Consumer products, or Hospitality
- Experience in local store marketing, trade marketing, events, or activations is an advantage
- Strong marketing and promotional planning skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Creative and resourceful
- Able to analyze basic sales and campaign data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Willing to conduct regular field/store visits and able to work on weekends or holidays when required for mall events or store activities
