Job summary

Conti's Specialty Foods, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns, events, and promotions that grow brand awareness and customer engagement.

You will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners, develop marketing briefs, monitor performance, and ensure brand consistency across materials while supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in campaigns, events, partnerships, and supplier coordination is a plus.
• Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and budget monitoring.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and store visits when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of annual and monthly marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, agencies, and partners for marketing initiatives.
• Support brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, events, and other customer engagement activities.
• Develop marketing briefs and coordinate production of promotional materials and collaterals.
• Conduct market research, competitor checks, pricing studies, and consumer trend monitoring.
• Monitor campaign implementation and prepare post-campaign performance reports and recommendations.
• Assist in coordinating partnerships, sponsorships, mall promotions, corporate tie-ups, and other BD initiatives.
• Ensure marketing materials and activities align with brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Product Development, Purchasing, Finance, and others for timely execution.
• Manage marketing-related administrative tasks, documentation, and budget monitoring.

About the role

The Marketing Specialist supports the planning, development, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives designed to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support business growth. The role coordinates marketing campaigns, promotions, events, partnerships, marketing materials, and other brand-building activities while ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of annual and monthly marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, agencies, and business partners for the implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Support brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, events, and other customer engagement activities.
• Develop marketing briefs and coordinate the production of promotional materials, including posters, flyers, in-store materials, merchandising assets, and other marketing collaterals.
• Conduct market research, competitor checks, pricing studies, and consumer trend monitoring to identify business and marketing opportunities.
• Monitor campaign implementation and prepare post-campaign performance reports and recommendations.
• Assist in coordinating partnerships, sponsorships, mall promotions, corporate tie-ups, and other business development initiatives.
• Ensure that marketing materials and activities are consistent with approved brand guidelines and communication standards.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communication, Management, or any related field.
• Preferably with 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, promotions, retail marketing, restaurant marketing, FMCG, hospitality, or related industries.
• Experience in handling marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, promotions, and supplier coordination is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic market research, competitor analysis, campaign evaluation, and budget monitoring.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good project management, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, store visits, competitor checks, and event support when necessary.
