Job summary

solaireresort is seeking a Project Management Officer to coordinate Marketing Services projects, manage workflows in Asana, and administer CMS systems. You will act as the operational link among designers, digital teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, creative services, digital content management, or project coordination.
• Experience administering Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience using Asana or similar project management platforms.
• Experience in hospitality, integrated resorts, entertainment, retail, or advertising agencies is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the Marketing Services workflow using Asana.
• Receive, review, and coordinate incoming marketing requests.
• Prioritize and assign projects based on business needs, team capacity, and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion.
• Identify bottlenecks, scheduling conflicts, and resource constraints and escalate.
• Maintain project schedules, dashboards, workload reports, and project tracking systems.
• Coordinate timelines across multiple marketing campaigns and projects.
