You will oversee the creative production team, activations, and CRM-driven communications to support campaigns across stores, ecommerce, social media, and community initiatives. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager and category teams to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Design, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in creative production, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Experience managing creative teams and coordinating campaign asset production.
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms is required.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing content including social media, ecommerce visuals, and advertising creatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of marketing assets across retail, ecommerce, social media, and digital advertising channels.
• Oversee the creative workflow for campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Manage the internal creative team responsible for photography, graphic design, video production, and campaign asset development.
• Lead the company’s CRM and marketing automation initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Monitor CRM campaign performance and optimize lifecycle marketing efforts.
